Our office expects payment for services at the time of your visit. Charges are submitted to and payment is received from most major insurance companies. You should, however, discuss insurance coverage with us before your visit to make sure your insurance is accepted.
The portion of our fee not covered by your insurance (such as a deductable or copayment) must be paid at the time of your visit. Please bring your insurance card with you each time you come in for an appointment. If you have questions regarding our fees, please ask to speak with our financial counselor.
