Clinics Revamp Processes with Year-Long Program

Five clinics completed the Arkansas Clinic Transformation (ACT) June 8, a 12-month program that helps clinics improve how they manage their chronic disease population, with Mid-Delta Clinic in Clarendon winning the overall award for achieving excellent ratings in 11 quality measures. Other clinics participating were Fore Family Practice in Cave City, Dr. Andy’s Family Practice in Mountain View, Boston Mountain Rural Health Clinic in Huntsville and ARcare in McCrory.
