What is your home town?

Kerala, India.

Where did you attend medical school?

Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, India.

What are your particular clinical interests?

My primary clinical interest is to practice outpatient Family Medicine in an academic setting, as I really enjoy teaching and learning. I am also interested in short clinic-based procedures.

Why did you choose Family Medicine?

I love Family Medicine as this is the only specialty where a patient is treated as a whole and not for a disease process. You establish a long-lasting relationship with your patient through the highs and lows of life.

Why did you choose the Little Rock Family Medicine residency program?

Our program is a university-based program, which gives us a wide variety of patients with diverse pathologies. It also means we have all the advanced specialties, so our patients get the best care possible. We are trained by very experienced faculty in different specialties which provide the best learning opportunities.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of medicine?

I am a trained Indian classical dancer, and I continue to enjoy performing and watching dance. I also enjoy listening to music and watching movies.
